I ordered filters online. There was a minor issue with the shipment (no sweat, mistakes happen). As soon as I brought it to their attention, customer service rectified the issue quickly and effectively. This type of responsiveness and customer-focused approach should be commended.

I placed an online order purchasing three filters. Months later even I opened the third filter it did not work properly. The customer service department responded promptly and courteously and sent two replacement filters. Great to see a company stand behind their product and hire competent staff to interface with their customers.

Iris was quick to respond with the tracking information to my question about the shipping of my filters. I installed the filter in my refrigerator and am very pleased with the water flow and quality.

Order a water dispenser/ice maker and received the device but was damaged during shipping. Quick email and Iris was super helpful able to get me a new unit shipped out the next day! Great customer service! Packaging could be a little more protective but overall seems like a great machine!
