Terrible company. I needed a telescopic pipe replacing and via email they confirmed that it was still under warranty and woukd ship a new part out.. HOWEVER... ONLY if I was I to leave a review first??! I questioned this several times and explained how could I leave a review when the process hadn't been completed yet... I was just told that that was the way now. I even emailed head office and they confirmed this was understandably frustrating yet no part still able to be posted. How absolutely ridiculous!! I now accept that I will not get my part and will put my buture in the bin and buy from a more well known brand. 63% 1 star reviews kind of confirm how poor they are running their business. Here you go Buture.. I've written the review.. Can I have my part now??! Lol

I think I had no promptly answer because it was holiday time. However as soon as I had one, everything was fine and Quick. Thank you for your advice

My experience has been that the customer service is non existent. Messages via the Contact Us and normal email channels were ignored. Emailing some of the addresses given for escalating complaints had a delayed response initially followed by attempts to draw out the process and then total ghosting. I cannot believe the amount of reviewers that give a 5 star review for customer service. Given that a lot of these reviewers only have a history of a single review I would have to agree with Trustpilot's own assessment that the company posts fake reviews.

La verdad es que el arrancador va bien, pero el compresor no funciona. Me he puesto en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y enseguida me han contestado y se han hecho responsables de todo, eso me da ha dado mucha seguridad. Volveré a comprar. Es una gran marca. Gracias.
