LADRI RICATTATORI

I have tried to avoid doing this as to be fair the company did eventually try and help but without success. My numerous emails were completely debunked or ignored until I put a poor review on here. Basically the dust box of my cleaner does not attach to the body of the machine, rendering it useless. If I try and use it, I have to literally hold the box on so it doesn't completely fall away. Consequently there is no efficiency in the clean. This is a replacement box after I complained, with exactly the same problem. I would NOT recommend these cleaners. There are so many really good ones on the market and Buture is not one of them. And they don't help when you try and address a problem, hence the contact only after a bad review. I have had to invest in a new cleaner making the outlay for a Buture a complete waste of money. AVOID!!!

The product was a VC70 vacuum and to be fair asides the battery longevity holding charge I was happy with the value for money. After about 5 months it failed without warning. I have contacted them probably around 10 times now via the official website listed in the manual and another version I found on google with a different layout. There is no contact number I can find. I am left with no choice but to buy another vacuum but this time I will get another brand via Amazon for protection.
