I bought this a little over a month ago, through Amazon. The return window closed on the 4th of July, so here i am with a hoover that doesn't work. I charged the battery this morning, ready to use and absolutely nothing.. except a red light at the top, no power, no turn on.. As the return window has closed, i am stuck. A month of use is shameful... and it didn't even get used that often, as it was not my primary Vacuum cleaner, so hardly overworked. I see it is no longer available on Amazon. Very DISAPPOINTED

I brought Telescopic Tube for my vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately received faulty item. When I vacuum the telescope is unstable and I have reported by email. I send videos and photos but they don’t reply to me. Do not buy anything from them. Customer service is very poor. They are based in china.

This vacuum cleaner only whistle to give the impression of increased power, but in reality it barely collects crumbs from the carpet. Wasted money, not worth buying. It only looks similar to Dyson and nothing more, I have never seen such a weak vacuum cleaner anywhere, even unbranded, the cheapest ones are better
