For the second time on two different VAC models the suction tube at the vac head has perished . This happened on both Buture vac after less than six months. On fist occasion last year we bought a new head, this to has now failed. BUTURE don't answer emails. They don't give out a phone number either . Not a happy customer.

J'ai acheté un aspirateur de cette marque en octobre 2022 sur amazon, la batterie ne tenait pas 5 min. J'ai contacté le sav qui m'a envoyé une batterie correcte. avant ses 3 ans la batterie ne se recharge plus, j'ai donc cherché à en acheter, mais impossible à trouver. J'ai contacté l'entreprise qui m'a répondu qu'ils ne font plus cette batterie, mais peuvent me faire une réduction sur un nouvel aspirateur. J'ai répondu qui me garanti que la batterie de nouvel aspirateur sera en vente un an après mon achat. Et depuis de je n'ai aucune nouvelle. Sachant que j'ai un xiaomi depuis presque 7 ans sa batterie tient toujours correctement. Donc buture n'est pas une marque fiable.

Return services doesnt reply to any of my emails. I spent £30 for replacment which doesn t work for me. I have no idea which part i need to order to get that vaccum work again . Soo the product didn t last long and replacment i ordered i can not even return 😡

Bought a V70 through Amazon. 6 months later it just kept blocking up and had to change filter every 5 minutes. Then it over heated, made weird noises and finally packed up. Tried a hundred time to contact customer services in every form buy never got a reply. Stay away from Buture. The vacuum, company and customer services are the absolute pits. RUBBISH, DISGRACEFUL, UNRELIABLE, IGNORANT, DEGENERATES. STAY AWAY !!!!!!

Me compré una aspiradora ibuture v10, por amazon, funcionaba correctamente hasta que la batería dejo de cargar. En menos de dos años. Me puse en contacto con atencion al cliente de ibuture y la unica respuesta despues de varios emails es q està descatalogada y que busque por internet a ver si hay en aliexpress o por ahí. Asi que ya no tengo aspiradora. No la recomiendo. En realidad sale cara

If I could give zero stars, I would. At first, the hoover worked brilliantly and I was really pleased with it. I even took out the three-year warranty they offered, thinking it would give me peace of mind. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Since June, I have emailed them five times asking for support because the hoover has completely stopped working — and I haven’t had a single reply. The warranty has been absolutely pointless, and the lack of customer service is shocking. I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this product or the company to anyone.

No customer service whatsoever. They just ignore emails. Poor suction power.

They don't take care of it's customers. They don't communicate to repair faulty products. I would not recommend purchasing any of their products. Buyer beware
