Despite a customs delay causing a hiccup with our delivery, I can't fault this company at all. We were kept informed every step of the way, which made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. To top it off, we actually received additional lights beyond what we ordered, and they still offered a voucher for the inconvenience. Exceptional customer service — we felt genuinely well looked after. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, very careful to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and happy to modify the product to suit our requirements. We're very happy and are ordering again now they have proven themselves trustworthy!

Original: My product was broken in the box and the box was not damaged at all so it was with the manufacturing site. They claimed it was during shipping and won't replace it. Very poor customer support and business practice. I would not recommend them! Update: After I shared this, customer service was very helpful and understood the issue. Thank you! Update again: Waited over a week for shipping info for the light and still haven't received it. Thanks for at least offering a replacement for it but not great if I don't get it. I have contractors waiting for this.

EDITED REVIEW: Had issues with shipping timeframes and communication with the company previously. Ended up cancelling my order via Paypal because my order would not reach me in time. Customer service reached out to me and offered a store gift card. They asked if I would be willing to revise my review. I agreed to their good-faith gesture & offer. At this stage, I have not bought anything from them yet but will update this review accordingly once I have placed a new order.

We love our light, it is perfect for the space and the quality is great. There was a hiccup with our light being stuck at customs and the team were on it straight away and sent out a replacement. They’ve been awesome.

I recently purchased the Hailie pendant from Hugbel, and it looks even better in person than it does online. Unfortunately, the glass broke while I was installing the bulb. I reached out to their team, and they were incredibly helpful, offering a replacement right away. Truly excellent customer service!

I ordered 2 light fittings of the same style, but different colours (wanted to see how they looked before buying 4 for kitchen renovation). Their specs said 30 cm diameter, but they were actually 20 cm. After contacting them (and leaving a 1 star review), it took a few emails before being told that actually the 30 cm diameter spec only applied to one of the four different styles (it didn't mention that on the website). As of today, the refund has appeared in my account (and the funds have cleared). So I have changed my review to 2 stars. The postage was slow, with no updates. Which doesn't bother me too much. I've given them one star for the quality - the lights were AUD 275 each. I've been renovating an old house for a year now, so I have a pretty good feel for the cost of things now. And for that kinda money, you should be getting something pretty nice. But these? You might think they were a good deal if you picked them up at Cheap as Chips for 15 bucks. And I've given them another star for the refund. I'm sure that they must have some nice stuff, or they'd go out of business. But I would highly recommend that you do your research before buying. Find a review of the exact light you're looking at, if possible. For example, the ones I got were Industrial Vintage Iron Modern Pendant Light. In green, and grey. At this moment, they are on "sale" for AUD 289.90. But you'd feel ripped off if you paid more than 20 for them. So be cautious.
