Hi Dean — we’re sorry for the frustration here. We do show that the PDFs for both orders were delivered on 4/6 and 4/7. It’s possible the emails may have been filtered or blocked on your end. Please check your spam/junk folder, and if you still don’t see them, reach out to our support team so we can resend everything right away and make sure you receive your files. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are happy to help get this resolved quickly.

I should’ve not even given 1 star! This company will send you a pdf file NOT blueprints! Then try to charge you close to $1000
Response from Houseplans.com· Apr 30, 2026
Hi Lori — we’re sorry to hear you’re feeling this way. After reviewing your order, it looks like a PDF set was selected at checkout, and a printed hard copy was not included. Hard copies are available as an option, but they do need to be selected at the time of purchase. That said, we’d be happy to help if you’d like to add a printed set or have any questions about your order. Please feel free to reach out to our team so we can assist.
