Host DuplexReviews of hostduplex.com

We have a fair share of servers with Host Duplex for our app, web and dev environments. We toured their facilities back in 2016 and it was top tier. If there were any issues they almost always sent us an email about it before we knew about it. Phone support is always available. Tickets are handled immediately. You won’t find better than Sam and his team.

We're a design agency using Host Duplex since 2017 and I can't say enough about how well it's been. With the quick response time of their staff, and rock-solid WordPress performance, it's the best hosting we've found. Last week they handled another migration and two domain transfers for one of our clients. Super smooth. They manage everything for us. The customer service team is responsive and helpful in every way!

We've been using Host Duplex for the past 10 years for hosting various client websites. After spending countless hours researching and comparing hosting companies, we came across Host Duplex who provided low-cost, high quality Litespeed-based solutions. Sam and the HD team always go above and beyond to provide excellent support and there's no challenge too difficult for them to solve. The HD team have worked tirelessly to create hosting offerings that are blazing fast and very reliable. Highly recommended for any size website.

We switched over from Godaddy’s managed service after a complete lack of support from them and signed up with Host Duplex at the beginning of the pandemic. They went above and beyond in helping us with migration and optimization. Our Magento site is exponentially faster. I can’t describe how slow it was before the move. Best decision we’ve ever made.
