We signed up a few months ago and have several servers for our magento stores. We worked closely with Sam and team during our migration to ensure our sites stayed online. They went above and beyond. Our customers have certainly noticed the difference on their platform.

It was a tough decision to switch over to Host Duplex, but I am so glad I did. The servers are lightning fast and really easy to use. Plus, the security is outstanding and the customer service is excellent

Host Duplex are extremely responsive and very helpful. I am pleased with my decision to have them host my email website and secure my domain name. I appreciate that they always answer and provide resolution to your concerns. Our xenforo forums had malware and someone mentioned Host Duplex. They cleaned our malware and migrated us over the same day. We use their recommended firewall and haven’t had any issues since. Ken is quite helpful in answering questions

They are rockstars I tell you. I let them know my site was slower than normal and boom it's like a rocket now. The Manny Pacquiao of hosting. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

We were let down by our previous provider and we desperately needed a new hosting service. Migration was handled by them. Customer service is on point and they are always there to help you out with anything. It's been a few weeks since we signed up for their services and so far A+

Excellent all the way around. The staff is always prompt, helpful and they care about your business. They're the best hosting service, bar none. I've been trying out all sorts of hosting providers over the past few years and they're always slow or can't fix my problems. They're also on top of security. They informed us about critical security patches a few weeks ago. I scheduled maintenance for it in the middle of the night. Easy and smooth. Two thumbs up!
