You were more than helpful even though I wanted to cancel Gracie's subscription. I will willingly purchase from you if I find a need.

Outstanding company! I made a purchase and subscription for my dog,my dog passed away a few days after I placed my order,I called to cancel my subscription and they gladly canceled it for me and also gave me a refund on the purchase I made. Not many companies show that compassion

The website SSL is not valid and I can't get into my account to change my subscription. Email has not been helpful. This has been ongoing for 2 months now.

I was so pleased with their customer service! I did not use their product because my dog took a turn for the worse and passed away before I could use it. Honest paws refunded my money. It was nice to have such great service at a difficult time.

My beloved dog Roscoe was 17 and the cbd really helped him in the last year before he passed and the company was so lovely when I had to cancel my order due to his passing.

Since my first contact with Honest Paws, I have been happy with this company and glad I made the switch from that "other" FB brand. The Customer Service is the BEST because they give you a phone number to call, they actually call you back and email you until everything is handled. Today I worked with Gina, and she was there all day with me until I found my package. I think she sent me 3 or 4 follow ups since I contacted her this AM. 100% Satisfied Customer.
