I've been going to Hogan Tire in Woburn for 2 years now. I have had great results with timely oil changes and 4 brand new tires. However, last visit I was told I needed a new serpentine belt, immediately. I went to a trust auto-mechanic friend in my family who took a look and said my serpentine belt was just fine and there was no need to replace it any time soon. I was sad to hear that this was true because I did have a positive relationship with Hogan. I will no longer be going there for services in the future, I just can't trust them.

The tires ( Michelin) have reduced my mileage by about 4 mpg; when I asked for a recommendation, this was one of the recommendation tires. Not happy.

I have always received exclent service from Hogan and would highly recommend them
