I had a very positive experience. My questions were answered and the work was done promptly, with the car being ready even earlier than expected.

Excellent service on short notice request ! Very heavy rainy day... Got a flat tire during the storm.... Was able to get to the Woburn Service Center..... The understanding of the service personnel was very good and understanding..... The workmanship and customer care continues to be excellent...

Great service. Fair pricing. Look for the sales items.

Staff were very helpful and schedule was to my satisfaction. My issues are with the significant increase in prices at Hogan Tire . What was once a dependable and cost effective alternative to service at a dealership has now become cost prohibitive and will lead me back to a certified car dealership for the minimal difference in prices.
