It always takes too much time for the money to be available for withdraw. I lost 100 BRL today because of that, I received my money in the midnight and created the invoice right away, in the morning the exchange rate was higher but I couldn't withdraw the money yet... that's a deal breaker for me and the reason why I stopped using Higlobe, I need to be able to withdraw my money as soon as possible, specially when receiving in the last day of the month, otherwise it can mess with my accountability. I'm looking for another place that can provide me another US account so I can move there, I will only stay with Higlobe if something changes, it makes no sense at all this long wait time (and also I received a 0.4% spread opportunity)

Hi, I did a withdrawal last Friday and for some internal error the money wasn’t send to the destination account and the account statement also not shown that transaction, however the money "disappeared" from my account. To solve this issue I had to talk with support and then the money was finally moved to destination account two days after the action be executed (commercial time). It would be helpful if the user could see when a transaction had some error, this info in the account statement or in a specific menu would be enough to be aware of what happened.

No puedo validar mi teléfono. Llevo una hora tratándolo de intentar. Tras solicitarme permitir el acceso a mi cámara y otorgarlo. Me pide habilitar el "acceso a la ubicación para este sitio web" Y de ahí no puedo seguir.
