I love what HiGlobe was designed for, but it needs a lot of improvement. It would be great to have an app so you don't have to log in from the web to know when you want to log in. The session closes very often, so it's annoying not having an app and having to constantly log in to your email and the web to log in. I love the concept of HiGlobe, it just needs a lot of improvement, which I hope they do! The only thing I hate the most is that when you transfer money to a digital card like the one HiGlobe offers, that money can no longer be returned to your HiGlobe balance. This card they offer is rejected by many stores, both online and in-store, so sometimes I feel like the money I deposited there is lost because I struggle to use it. I hope HiGlobe partners with a better company to offer digital cards to its customers.

They say spread is 0,3%, but you never know what the base dollar will be. So the final spread is something between 0,5% to 1% of commercial dollar. Still this is the fastest exchange. Once your money is there (ACH takes 1 day) you can convert it anytime and will be delivered instantly to your local account.

Hi, Leandro! Thank you so much for your review. Our spread is charged only when you're withdrawing, and we want to make sure you always get the lowest cost available, this is why we have our lowest cost guarantee! If you ever see a lower converted total cost in any other platform please reach out to us and we will check that for you! Higlobe team
