HiGlobe is always available to answer questions online, they have a good fee and good documentation to help people get onboarded. One thing that could improve is the time to get the money into the account (not sure if it depends on them or some third party), but I compared with other companies and there are others that are fast to have the money available

Hi, Jefferson! Thank you for your review. ACH may take up to 72 hours, its the time frame for the transaction, it isn't something we can change or control, unfortunately. Other platforms usually use Wire as transfer method, which can be faster. For payment platforms, such as Deel, the payment usually takes 24 business hours. We do need a little bit of time to check the 1st payment, however the recurrence of payments from the same payor makes it much faster! We are always available if you need anything on our side!
