This place was recommended to me by my dispensary, Humboldt Patient Resource Center in Arcata, CA. My experience -- on a Saturday afternoon, no less -- was exactly as good as they led me to expect. After registering through the website, and paying a very reasonable $49, I waited about 15 minutes (after videochatting with a receptionist) and then had a consultation with Dr Ulin Sargeart. She was extremely professional, she had already read everything I'd typed into the website regarding my reason for seeking a cannabis Rx and medical history, and asked me a few more questions over the course of about 5 minutes. My reason for seeking the Rx was insomnia, and she asked sensible questions about that. Then she said that based on my information, she agreed that certain forms of cannabis (mainly indica strains) could be beneficial and effective for me, and made a couple other recommendations. Seconds later I received an email including a PDF of my certificate/prescription, which I could print out and bring to my dispensary (I also expect a laminated version in the mail within a few days). All of this took about 25 minutes start to finish. For $49. And I even got some further advice in the bargain. I should add, I got the sense that she would have been happy to keep talking for longer if I had more questions, but I didn't; I was in a rush, so she kept it brief. It was excellent service start to finish, and I wish all of my medical interactions were this good. I could not recommend this place more highly.

I was very impressed, I was able to talk to a doctor in 20 minutes by downloading their video app on my android phone, i talked to the doctor and she was able to give me a recommendation, i order products the same day and they were delivered to my apartment later the same day, the driver was on time, and delivered a high quality product packaged in a very professional way, i highly recommend this website to anyone that is interested in dependability, professionalism and outstanding quality. Their service is definitely A+

I was connected with a doctor quickly. Dr. Hans Park was very knowledgeable about my conditions and asked me some good questions about my health history. I really liked it that he gave me a full plan of action and I felt well taken care of and listened to.
