I had to wait about the same amount of time as my in-office physician (30-40 minutes) but I was of course able to continue doing other things in the meantime which is great! Speaking to the doctor via Telehealth (not unlike FaceTime) was (surprisingly) not weird at all even it being my first time. I also received my recommendation in minutes after our call ended. I would recommend Hellomd to basically anyone.

The wait to connect to a doctor took a while but once connected the Dr. Solomon was great! Very informative and answered all my questions before I even had to ask. Overall a great and easy experience!

I really enjoyed the service provided by HelloMD it was my first time using the service to renew my Medical card. The Dr. was super knowledgeable, friendly and took time to educate me on a few things I wasn't aware of. Definitely a great service and I'll continue to use them as my primary service.
