We are so sorry to hear that Budd. We wanted to let you know that you choose your shipping at checkout and first class is much cheaper than the priority that you chose. Hopefully that would help in the future. Also all orders over $100 we pay for shipping. I know shipping prices have gone up and it’s frustrating for you and us as things are getting more expensive. We truly hope you will come back but understand if the shipping is just too much. -HH

Hi, Lisa! We're so sorry you weren't satisfied with your most recent order. If you'd ever like to return any unopened items, we are always happy to send over a pre-paid shipping label for a full refund once it arrives back at our facility. But unfortunately for health and safety reasons we cannot process a return of any used products. The oil roller you particularly didn't care for is not for everyone - we use a therapeutic blend of essential oils known for bringing peace and calm to the wearer. It is not meant to be a perfume, as so many of our customers are very sensitive to strong scents. We value your feedback though - good or bad it is always gold to us - so thank you for trying Healing Harbors and we hope you take care 💚
