Very professional staff and great customer service

I spoke with 4 different customer service and billing people, they all gave different answers. My daughter needs the supplies she has been getting but Cleata said HCD only processes medicaid claims, not private insurance. They closed her account before I had the chance to talk with anyone. Just another company that "Cares" .
