Hello Wylie. We understand but most health insurance plans require the documentation and physician signature to be updated every six months to ensure your medical supplies can continue to be covered by your plan. We will continue to work hard to obtain that information timely for you. Take care.

Hello Kevin. We are sorry to reach you have not had an optimal experience. We would be happy to speak with you to discuss your experience in more detail. Each month, before we are allowed to release your order for shipment, we are required by your health plan to get verbal or digital approval before we are allowed to ship the supplies. This ensures that it is a legitimate order that you want to be shipped. If you don't want the phone calls each month, you can sign up for text-to-reorder and then you can text your approval each month.
