I was very satisfied with my ordering experience through Grivet Outdoors. We normally use Amazon, but could not find the shoes I was looking for, so I discovered Grivet. I will be checking your site before Amazon now. Great job!

I received the incorrect order in the mail. Wrong style of shoe, wrong size and the box sent to me was labeled “used”! I did not order a used pair of sneakers! I’ve reached out to Grivet Outdoor to return this order and gotten no response. My order info does not come up in their Return menu.

Ordered a pair of shoes that were in stock.. the color i wanted.. in stock. order goes through, received confirmation. Ordered same shoe different color from a different website right after this purchase, received in 2 days. Purchase from Grivet took about a week to receive.. and wasn't the same color I ordered.. WASN'T EVEN THE CORRECT SHOE. They sold out of the size and color I wanted so instead of a call just threw a pair of any old shoe in any color they felt they thought i would like from the 5 minutes i spent on their website they figured they knew my tastes from all the stuff we been through together.. so long story short call in advance DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING make sure they have what you want in front of them or just get whatever they feel you should have.. then have to go through the ordeal of sending their shipment back to them and still not get what you want in the first place.
