My issue was resolved by a very friendly person who gave me a quick solution to my problem, was patient with me and made the experience easy. I was back on track and very satisfied with the help I received.

The account opening process was fairly easy. I didn't like the fact that I had to wait for 5 business days to get the ACH pull credited to my account however they do disclose this upfront so it was not a surprise to me. It would be nice if they have integration with zelle

We are a start up company and have had a wonderful experience with Grasshopper Bank. From ease of setting up the account to clear communication and easy access to support staff when needed, I can’t say enough about this bank. It took away our digital banking anxiety. We originally chose another digital bank and it was taking weeks to set up our account with horrible customer service so we decided to try Grasshopper and we are so glad we did!

I am trying to get my new business started, finalize an SBA loan (through a different bank), satisfy franchise requirements, and a list of other things. There was one day specifically, when I had to call your bank numerous times to satisfy the needs of all these other people. I spoke with a few people over the phone and they were all very helpful. But I know I spoke with Larry at least three times on that one day alone, and he was so kind and so helpful! I think he knew I was stressing a but, but he just got me through everything I needed as though he were an old friend. I really wanted to just hug him by the end of the day, he was so amazing! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the exact date… I know it was sometime around April 26th-ish.
