Quick and easy. I wish you had a online chat support feature - and not just email.

After using Grasshopper for 2 days my business checking account was frozen with zero reason given. I am not in a high risk industry. Subsequently by the end of the week account was closed!! Reason none!!! ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHADY BANK!!!

The customer service, mobile app and online app is great. My only reason for downgrading the service is it takes so long to deposit and transfer money. It takes over a week for a check to clear and for money to transfer to/from the account. This is really long compared to other banks. Is there anything that can be done to speed things up? If so I would rate banking with you a 5.

Horrible, wouldn't recommend at all. Just the processing times and use of it was bad. Stop using it even taking a loss with my business with it.
