CS is great, it's the timing that needs work. I first requested to dispute a transaction on 10/25. I was told to call the company who manages debit charges. I called them and they said they couldn't see the charge b/c it was a draft directly from my account. I contacted Grasshopper (11/1) to inform them and the person I spoke with was very professional, but she had to escalate my case because from her side it looked like a debit card transaction. Then on 11/5 I was locked out of my account without notice. To regain access, I had to submit verification info, which was fine, except that some info they asked for I didn't know b/c I was locked out of my account. One of the things I had to pay $10 was for a stop payment to the fraudulent charge. It wasn't my fault, why should I have to pay a fee? I regained access on 11/8 and saw that a new account had been created and my previous one was frozen. Grasshopper transferred my funds to the new account, which was helpful, but I can no longer access my transactions from my previous account. Apparently I need to request for the transactions to be sent to me. Fine. I finally got my debit card on 11/18. I am a micro-business owner and had payments coming in from clients during the time my account was locked. My clients had to stop their payments,until I received confirmation from Grasshopper on 11/15. The amount of time it took Grasshopper to get me up and running again was quite burdensome. The customer svc reps are always professional and strive hard to take care of issues, but the systems in this case really failed because of the number of business days (10) it took to solve this issue. Please try to do better by business owners with this sort of issue. Thank you.

The customer service rep was cordial and understood my problem immediately (password reset related). He explained that there is an issue they are aware of in the system, and he quickly resolved the issue. I would rate his service as five stars. I removed one star because the issue is present and hasn't been resolved.

Called in on a holiday expecting long wait times and my call was answered almost immediately. Larry helped me with an issue I had on my account and was very friendly and ensured that I was taken care of and all of my questions were answered. Thank you!
