Bought a wini mini 2025 and recieved a device with multiple dead pixels on the screen. And the company wanted me to jump through hoops instead of just sending me a replacement device with return labels to make it right. The whole experience leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Reply to gpd response. I was not offered a replacement. They wanted me to RMA the device and wait the entire return time with no device.
Response from GPD Store· Mar 18, 2025

We understand how frustrating this must have been for you, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding your request for a replacement, we have reviewed your case and noticed that the order was placed through Amazon. Our support team offered a replacement, but you opted for an Amazon return instead. We processed this as per your request. We appreciate your feedback and regret that our initial resolution did not meet your expectations.
