The purchase process was fast and simple. There was a problem with the order invoice but we resolved it in a matter of minutes. The product is amazing and the quality is superb. The included software is simple to use and if you want to, you can tinker with the controls, processor wattage, fan speed and even automatically switch power profiles when on battery or AC/wall plug. Great stuff

Overall great service, even when I had to change my product shipping date due to a business trip. It’s also the only good place to get your hands on niche handheld PCs in Europe.

The max 2 I received works amazingly. My only subject of dissatisfaction is that the R1 trigger came, and still is, more clicky than it should be. Almost like it's clicking into place every time.
Response from GPD Store· Jun 3, 2025
Thank you so much for your review and for choosing the Max 2! We're glad to hear it's performing well for you overall. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the R1 trigger feeling overly clicky — that’s definitely not the experience we aim to deliver. If it continues to feel off or affects your gameplay, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help and want to ensure everything is working just right for you! Thanks again for your feedback — it helps us improve!
