It slows the Internet speed and find time consuming while connecting. I really don't know the exact technical reason behind it.

The connection especially from afternoon on was mostly not possible. Often lost connection after some minutes also after an update a few weeks ago.

I had an issue connecting initially but support helped me immediately when I contacted them. After a couple steps I was up and browsing past the great firewall!

We have been paying for a service for twelve months that we haven't used since returning form China in January 2014. We should of been contacted on a regular basis to check to see if we still wanted the service instead of just taking a fee each month. Very dishonest

Can only obtain stable connection in the morning. Keeps disconnecting when trying to use at night. Was used in Su Zhou, China.

I became a member of GoTrusted in September 2013 as I moved from Australia to China for work.I paid my first month by credit card and then few days later paid for the whole year with my PayPal account.GoTrusted still kept charging me every month. When September 2014 came,PayPal automatically renew my membership and paid a whole year membership to GoTrusted again, GoTrusted still kept charging me on my credit card monthly.I called PayPal and explained to them the situation and they told me that they could not refund me as GoTrusted has to refund me.I have sent numerous email to GoTrusted and they have failed to help.I am very upset with this and am going to call GoTrusted today.Hopefylly they will refund my money.
