Great Associate!
I spoke with Joseph when I called in to get a better understanding of how the prescription service worked. I am in Customer Service so I'm especially attuned to others working in the same field. Joseph was ADORABLE. He was friendly and funny and had a kind tone to his voice, working on the phone this comes through. I was able to ask my questions without feeling stupid. Thank you, Joseph!
