I heard a radio ad for GoGo Meds and went to the website to check pricing. I was so surprised to see I could get 3 months of my meds for what I paid monthly at Walgreens. The site was very easy to navigate, no registering to check prices and once I signed up and ordered, I received my meds in a week.

AFTER ORDERING THE MEDICATION I CALLED AND LEARNED THAT IT WAS NOT IN STOCK. SO I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET A RE- FUND. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE THE REFUND, I WILL BE CALLING AGAIN, WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR A MEDICATION ON BACK ORDER?

Hi Denise, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately when a medication is on a national backorder, like yours, we often don't find out until it is ordered. We are trying to make this process very simple for everyone, doing so we do not charge credit cards until the prescription has been received and order has been filled, although the site may have indicated that your order was complete your card should not have been charged. I will follow up with you directly to insure we can correct this issue for you!
