I am happy with the company. They got my order sent to thr pharmacy on time and it was very nice. This whole process was so easy for me to do. I am very satisfied.

Some stuff happened where my doctor had to resend a script. They got it in last thing on Friday/ first thing Monday. I had been in contact with multiple customer service people throughout the whole process telling them I needed this medication for my mental health, and that going off of it for just a couple of days would be detrimental. All of the representatives I spoke with promised they'd push the RX through the process and send it urgently. I had 10 days of meds left from the time my first script was sent in, and had gone without my meds for 5 days by the time it arrived. My mental health was in the gutter and I was struggling to go to work. I'm so glad that the company who contracts gogomeds for my employer has found a new contractor. They move so slow and do not care that their speed is literally harming customers.

Dear VH, Usually the process is quick as you can tell from prior service and other customer comments here. As you know now, a 10 day window to receive the prescription is not much time to complete the whole process (especially if there is an issue) when we state the delivery time from USPS can take 5-10 days. Do not try to trick customers during the ordering process. Example: *Auto fill *Saving card *Extra money for shipping

The switch for my prescriptions from my local Walmart to gogomeds was handled quickly and with no issues. I like them showing up at my door and not standing in line at the store. And all at no cost to me.
