Easy to order. Site easy to navigate. Rx arrived packaged securely and discretely. Prices are incredible, beating the insurance copay. Definitely recommend!

One of the most important parts for internet or mail order is order-process-time. That is true for household items like shoes, cosmetics and clothings. And when the item is medication, order-process-time becomes far more important than those. What I have learned from people I spoke with at your company, the order was processed two days after doctor gave you the prescription, then you used the slowest and most unreliable method, USPS, for shipping. Please consider using UPS or FedEx instead.

Dear Mr Choi, Our company growth has occurred, by the team providing the best service possible. When someone is disappointed, we want to follow up to see how to improve. I will call you to discuss, because we value your business. Regarding your package, we just missed the mail by 6 minutes last Friday: We received your phone call for payment at 4:27pm Friday 2/8/19. We processed the prescription at 5:21pm - within 1 hour. The postal service leaves our company between 5-5:15pm every day so your prescription went out on Monday 2/11/19 with free delivery. We added a note in the system to always ask how you want the shipment sent, not just assume it goes by regular shipping. Thanks, Ron Ferguson R.Ph. CEO/Founder

Prescription order was placed and I received a call from the pharmacy within 15 to 20 minutes. Rep was very knowledgeable and as soon as I hung up with him I received an email to create an account. It was step by step through the whole process until they made sure I received my prescription.

I was excited to find my medication, generic Evista at a lower price than my local pharmacy. It was quite easy enrolling in your program & had no problem with my original RX. The refill process was easy too & had my medication within a few day. I did notice that you must have gotten the medication from another supplier as pills are a different shape.Thank you for your assistance on my RX.
