I called in to refill .my meds and they were not open yet and i left message. Instead of calling me back to make sure it was me and ok to charge my card they just put it through. I dont appreciate it.
Response from GoGoMeds· Mar 22, 2019
Dear Lynn, 3/21 2pm Thank you for taking my call. As we discussed, the customer service representative must have made a mistake and interpreted your message asking for a refill as authorization without realizing you desired a call back. Sorry for that misunderstanding. We will remove all credit card data regarding the auto refill function as you have requested. Thank you for using our service and allowing me to explain the error. Thank you, Ron RPh Dear Lynn, 3/22 11am After discussing this further with our team, our customer service rep remembered talking with you to confirm the order and confirm credit card payment. I think you may not have remembered the call because after giving you the information, you gave the phone to a friend or family member that gave us authorization on the correct card and she was asking you in the background. Thank you for taking my call today to explain that, but you needed to leave before my offer to provide a recording of the call. If you want that recording, just let us know. Thanks Ron RPh

I was Ticked off about the Last Time it took to Ship my Last Order ,but I hope this is Better the 2nd Time around .. H Goeller
Response from GoGoMeds· Mar 13, 2019
Dear Mr Goeller, Thank you for the great review. I know the USPostal Service took 5 days for delivery last time. The USPS states it can take up to 11 days to deliver so I’m not too hopeful they will deliver quicker than the 5 working days (not counting Sat) we experienced. We can send 2 day air or even next day for a higher fee, just let us know. As we grow, we would like to have a few additional locations in the country to be within 2 days of everyone with regular shipping. Thank you for helping us grow. Ron RPh
