Every time I call everyone is very nice and very helpful. They're always trying to make sure that I get my prescription filled and sent to me as soon as possible. It helps that I live in KY.

I don’t think I received my shipment yet. I just got a call back from Gogo meds with tracking info (coming tomorrow evening) with a discount on my next order for inconvenience.

Order took 10 days from the time I ordered to actually ship. Every time I called I got the runaround telling me that it had already shipped. Overall it took 14 days from order to receiving meds. I had another local pharmacy call to try and obtain the prescription and they had to call 4 different times and were told the prescription would be transferred, which it never was. Will never order here again.

Dear Eric, Sorry for the delay. The typical slow down is receiving the prescription from the doctor. Once we have it we are quick but in Dec USPS shipping was slower than usual. Sorry again for the delay. Ron RPh

This service has saved us so much money on our prescriptions. Further, the staff on the phones always do a great job and are very personable. My only complaint is that when we receive notices that scripts are being sent or refilled, there is no way (at least that I've discovered) to identify what script it is. Thus, the notices at least let you know that something is coming, but they are not much more help than that.

I ordered a prescription refill 12 days ago and still have not received it. Surprised I was asked for a review. Follow-up: Customer service contacted me immediately to resolve the issue. USPS was experiencing a system-wide issue with parcel delivery. Prescription was received the following day.

Best price for a medication not covered by insurance. BUT it took 10 days in transit before it arrived at my doorstep. Fortunately the weather was cool...as I know it was sitting in trucks and uncooled facilities for quite some time. If this were summer it would be 1 star and I would be pretty mad. I don't like medications sitting in my mailbox all day, let alone 10 days in transit. Yes, this is USPS and not Gogomeds but they are the ones choosing USPS. Perhaps UPS or Fedex a better choice for medications.

Dear Andi, We agree, normal shipping time is 3-5 days. This time of year, even 10 days is extreme for USPS. They blame an increase in packages plus Covid. We use UPS and FedEx also, especially if you want expedited shipping. Thanks Ron RPh
