Dear Corey, Thanks for the great review! It is true, obtaining the first prescription can be the toughest part of the process . Since the physician can send a prescription to us electronically, we have tried to make it as easy as possible. Now that you are set up, it should be very quick for refills and follow up. I been getting my meds from GoGoMeds…
I been getting my meds from GoGoMeds for several years now. I order online and just a few days later a package arrives in the mail. What could be easier?

Sometimes it may take a few extra days to process a new rx but so far it has been a better experience.

Problem quickly solved!
My doctor wrote my prescription for Plenity and I registered on line and made my payment. Somehow, my payment was accepted but the order slipped through the "cracks" and was never shipped. I contacted Customer Service and spoke with Shane who researched my order and had my medication shipped out the same day - I received it the very next day. What was not a good experience was turned completely around by the Customer Service Rep. I am very pleased to know that if something goes wrong, GoGo Meds will quickly remedy the issue!!
