the quote was the lowest, but didnt like having to do everything via site/robot messenger.....would like a number and person to talk to with my qiestions beyound the quote price.

I reserved a ride for 03/03/24 so I really haven't used the service yet. They were very prompt with my reservation confirmation and reciept.

I made a reservation with the wrong address. It was corrected and a refund was issued for the difference. Done effectively and quickly.

This is my first trip with gofastpass so I hope all will go well. The price seems to be quite reasonable compared to other shuttle companies. Look forward to using the shuttle service.

When I booked the reservations I received a receipt, there are no details for the 4 reservations. I went on the website chat and ask for a confirmation with details (date time to and from.) I was told I would get it soon. This was the response on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. It is now Friday and no confirmation. The first pickup is tomorrow. This is really making me uncomfortable with your company

Absolutely fantastic communication and customer service. Our drive kept us updated with his arrival time and a picture of the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver was very nice and made us feel like family.
