I would give zero starts. I ordered 2 sweatshirts for a Christmas present on December 1st. It is now December 20th and no update on shipping. I'm starting to think this website is a scam!!!

I had the same experience as many others on here. I ordered 3 shirts and only received 1 even though the shipping email said that they were all sent. I’ve emailed them 3 times in the past week and have not heard back. I would love to be able to call and talk to someone. I unfortunately will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Partial order received. Have emailed multiple times over several days with no response. No phone number available to call and actually speak with someone. Poor customer service when website states 24/7 customer service.

Order sweatshirt on 12-5-23. Received tracking number on package 12-15-23. When I track it on 12-19-23 it still has not been received by usps. I have emailed 3 times for information. So far haven't heard anything. There's no way I will receive this by xmas. I am very upset and disappointed

I placed an order on December 2nd and only received one item. I’ve emailed the company 5 times and have yet to hear back. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement! These items were Christmas gifts. I will be contacting my bank and reporting this as a scam!

I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/6/23. The order went through quickly. I immediately received an email showing the processing of my order, along with a tracking number. The tracking shows a label having been created on 12/12/23. I emailed them on 12/17. Having received no response, I emailed them today - 12/19/23 - again, asking for an update, as I ordered this in plenty of time to receive by Christmas. I will certainly update and upgrade my rating, should I hear from the company and receive my order. Updated review - I have upgraded my review from 1-star to 4-stars, but left the old review above, so people could see the progress that was made. My package actually made it to my house on 12/23! It was very odd that it said it was delivered to someplace in Wisconsin, when the tracking showed it coming from my post office to my address. I was worried when it didn’t show up. The postal service had delivered it to the wrong address in our complex, so I had to hunt it down, but it was delivered on time. However, the product had a misprint on it. I contacted customer service and they responded almost immediately, saying they would send me a new item with the corrections, at no cost to me. The product - a sweatshirt - is of great quality and my wife absolutely loved the “MIMI” on the front, with all of the grandkids’ names on the sleeves. The only mistake was the “EST Year.” I had requested 2006, and for some reason 2021 was printed on the front. I am confident they will make it right and look forward to receiving the new product.

I ordered 3 shirts. A day later I realized I messed up a name. The customer service and Gina were so understanding and helpful and resolved my mistake the same day. My order arrived before the ETA given and they were perfect. High quality fabric and came out better than expected. Great product, Great company and more importantly Great responsive customer service.

I ordered two items over 4 weeks ago and have not received anything and the FexEx tracking number is not legit.
