It would’ve have been 5 stars but the two items I ordered together didn’t come together. I was only sent one tracking number so I had no idea until the first item arrived that the second item wasn’t included. these were gifts for the same person so it was disappointing! I had to reach out to the “contact” email to get the other tracking number. I was not advised there was another tracking number until I took the initiative to contact them

The items were delivered in a fast matter forth holiday. I didn't wash them or wear them yet so hopefully they'll stay in shape.

I made a T shirt order as a Christmas present for my wife, in plenty of time for Christmas. They got paid, I never received my order, my wife got no Christmas present. Reached out to them thru e-mail, contact us on their web site and on their FB post. Got a reply on FB post only that it was mailed out, contact the shipper with a tracking number (that I don’t have). Ripoff!

Update as of 2/28/24 - I received my order! It was as expected and all is well. I can attest this company is real, they just don’t have the best communication when it comes to timelines of response. Update as of 01/13/24: I have yet to receive my shipment or any confirmation of shipment. I received a request from Godmerch to write a review about the product, but I have nothing to review because I haven’t received anything yet. This is frustrating— I submitted an order 12/24, received email confirmation from Godmerch on 12/26 that it was shipped and received “FedEx” tracking number. I was surprised they had finished the order that quickly (custom embroidery order); however, when I check the tracking, it takes me to USPS which says “We were notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package.” — so they have yet to ship it. I’ve attempted to contact Godmerch via their email twice and received no response. My card was charged and I’m worried this transaction was a scam.
