Geologie is just out for your money. DO not purchase anything with them. I did a trial and my skin broke out as a result. I tried multiple times to see if there was anything I needed to cancel to make sure I did not get charged again and there was NOTHING. I then had a $160 charge to my card with zero notification or email saying why. I could not even locate this order in my account. Support is impossible to reach and after I finally did I'm almost certain they are bot responses as they don't actually answer what you are saying. They have stopped responding to my emails currently. They are doing nothing to fix this issue. As they say its already shipped (without any order confirmation? or tracking number?) DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Hey Kyle! Thanks for the review, and sorry to hear about your experience. Happy to address some of your points here. It's not uncommon for folks to experience an adverse reaction when getting acclimated to a new skincare routine. Some redness, dryness or minor breakouts can occur during the first 30 days of use -- what our head dermatologist refers to as the "transition period" -- because your skin is being exposed to many new active ingredients. This does pass, and our support team is always happy to help provide a recommendation on how best to move forward if this happens. Simply taking a few nights off of the retinol and reintroducing it into your routine more gradually helps in many cases, but our skincare experts can also get you set up with alternate formulas if there's potentially a better product suited for your skin. Our team was not contacted or made aware at any point of these irritation or account issues prior to your first full-sized subscription order processing, however. Again, we're always happy to lend a hand when asked with notice, but we cannot cancel a regularly scheduled order after it's charged for and begins processing. We outline subscription details during our skin type diagnostic, at checkout for any order that entails a membership, and again in our order confirmation email that shares additional info on account management and our return and refund policies. It looks like our team is actively working with you on a resolution, is providing personalized help, and is awaiting a response to their email currently. Don't hesitate to keep the conversation going there and we can get you taken care of.

I have been trying all sorts of skincare subscriptions and this one checks all the boxes! I have sensitive, reactive skin and Geologie is wonderful. It leaves skin feeling refreshed and moisturized without lingering scents or a film on the skin. I have noticed a change in the tone of my skin and the texture. My skin is smooth and just over all lovely! I started with the trial and just purchased the full sized bottles.

I've never had a skin routine,i just put on a moisturizer and thought it was fine until i discovered Geologie.I love it!I've been using the products for a month now and my skin hasn't looked better so far.My skin is more hydrated,more uniform,keeps rosacea at bay, doesn't blush so easily and i'm seeing improvements also regarding dark circles.
