Hi Chylynn, thank you for your feedback. Our Lifeline phones are provided for free as a courtesy. Our phones are designed for essential use (calls, texts, and light browsing), but for better performance, we offer low-cost upgrade options. As an alternative, you can also bring your own device (BYOD). Feel free to explore the upgrade options if you are interested.

My service sucks I barley get reception and my phone looses services constantly while on calls. 😑

Can't use Google to search nohing the phone is supper slow it freezes a lot

I’m having issues with the SIM card. I ordered one from another company but it just canceled out your SIM card. If possible I will need a new SIM card so I can use the phone.

They need to give the option of picking your free phone and they should give more data with your lifeline plan

The phone doesn't work, its very slow then randomly shuts off. I don't use it. They should update their phones or have other options. To the reply- I wasn't browsing, this is from unlocking the home screen to making a call. Also when a call comes in it takes forever to answer and then there's a voicemail.

The worst part is getting ahold of customer support. My phone service isn't working, so I'm limited to chat and email. Their chat system has long waits - got kicked off after waiting two hours. Kicked off again after another wait. That was just today. Similar events occured over the last three days. I've hardly reached them but once per day. They don't ensure that their work accomplished the goal, nor do they have a way to stay connected or reconnect when connection is lost. The chat system doesn't send an email of chat history. In fact, chat history I cannot see. There seems to be no accountabilit The app I cannot get into. It doesn't recognize my password, and [forgot password] sends verification code to the phone number only, even though it says that it may have sent to both. I'm so fed up for being mostly unable to reach them, that I found another provider. Original issue: I asked that my service be moved to my iphone 14 pro from an old android. They were nice enough, but their technical knowledge falls well short. My iphone is incompatible. Fine. They tried to put service back to my android, but I'm still without service for three days, which three days have been mostly wasted for waiting for support to pick up my chat. I am having to reschedule several important meetings and missing work as a driver for not having cellular service on at least one phone.
