First time purchase of diamonds online and will definitely purchase from Joe at Gem Jewelers again. Joe sent me graphics and photos so I knew exactly what I was getting. The price for my diamond necklace was less than half price for same size, color and clarity I was finding in my local jewelry stores.

First time buying diamond jewelry over the internet. I worked with a few jewelers but I easily chose Joe at the end. He went over the top to please me and meet all of my requirements. His price was also the lowest, And the diamond pieces were absolutely breath taking. All180 diamonds are identical and full of sparkle. So very happy.

What a great experience and a spectacular ring! I was a little hesitant to order a diamond ring online, but once I spoke with Joe and he walked me through the process it could not have been easier. I searched for this ring for a couple months, and went with GEM because of the customer service and incomparable price for the quality. The ring was beyond my expectations. I could not be happier. Merry Christmas to ME!! I will be a customer for a very long time!! Thank you Joe!!!

Bought the 15ct emerald bracelet and let me just say, it’s amazing. Working with the team here was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had. This will be my jewelry spot forever. I highly recommended them!

What an amazing company to have been fortunate enough to work with. The diamond I bought is beautiful, and their willingness to help me find just the right setting, and help in picking out that setting was so important to me. They then had the stone set for me. They’re very responsive, nights, weekends, anytime I called or sent a text. The best in customer service. I would highly recommend them, and would welcome any inquiries.
