Joe at Gem Jewelers Co was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. He put my fears to rest about ordering such a large purchase online. He sent me a ring sizer over night, and not a paper one. A metal mandrel and all the rings. I emailed him the size and 5 days later he over nighted the ring. I purchased a 2.5 carat diamond eternity band. It is beautiful and shines brilliantly. I checked zales, jareds and kay jewelers and there prices were 2 to 3 times higher. I will be shopping here again. My wife loves it and I couldnt be happier.

So impressed with how they dealt with us without even knowing us. We love our Emerald Diamond Eternity Band and the Graduated Tennis Necklace we got. The service was so professional and they were so accommodating with sending us pictures and videos. We got it last week and just got told by my local jeweler that we got a steal of a deal So so happy def will be back shortly!!!
