Hello Brandon, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Our website uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that the outcome of every bet is fair and random. That said, RTP (Return to Player) plays a big role in your potential returns - feel free to reach out for suggestions on higher-RTP games. We’d really like to make your experience with us better. The slots are very glitchy and reload in the middle of bonus resulting in bonus being lost when it reloads. Contacted customer service multiple times for this issue happening repeatedly and every time I was basically told I was lying and they would not assist.

Hi Brandy, Thank you for your feedback, that's certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. That said, we've checked on our end and haven't been able to locate a record of your interactions regarding this matter. Everything appears to be working as expected from our side, so we'd really like to look into this further and understand what might have gone wrong. Please reach out to us with a bit more detail so we can get to the bottom of it via Live Chat or email, at [email protected]
