Mr. Frank was wonderful host for my family! I booked this property for my parents and younger brother but it was their first trip in abroad that they need English language to socialize that's why I was a bit worried about their check in and all stay in there but fortunately it was super easy with Frank he was very quick to respond and everything in his property was well prepared that you don't have to ask for anything from them. My parents had a bit problem to find something to eat cause they don't really like new things to try they also tried everything but it was perfect that they were able to cook in the apartment and the kitchen was master my mom like it! I actually chose this property because of it's pool with wonderful view of the Burj khalifa and my younger brother is the happiest one for the decision he spent most of his time in there a bunch of good photos and stories for his insta😅... highly recommend it!

We booked one of their apartments in Dubaï back in September 2023 for a one-week stay in March 2024, so more than 5 months in advance. While I mentioned that I was traveling with a 2-year old baby and a 7-month pregnant wife, they canceled my booking less than 24 hours in advance for no reason. I arrived in Dubai with my family with no housing and I had to find a last minute solution. I did not receive any compensation nor any relocation solution. Shame on you Frank Porter. I highly recommend you NOT to book anything with them, there are plenty of other companies for apartment renting, which are much more reliable, respectful and professional.

Hi, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unforeseen situation with the property you initially booked. Unfortunately, the property was unexpectedly pulled out by the owner, which led to delays in canceling the reservation through Airbnb. We did our best to mitigate the situation by offering relocation options and would have been more than willing to accommodate you elsewhere. However, we understand that the alternative property offered may not have met your preferences.

Hi Lars, apologies for any inconvenience caused. Upon reviewing your reservation details, it appears that our team sent multiple reminders to submit the necessary documentation for government compliance, required by the building security for check-in. Despite our efforts, it seems these documents were not submitted, and we had difficulty reaching you via phone. However, once contact was established, we were able to promptly resolve the issue. Regarding the security deposit, please note that it is clearly advertised on Booking.com and is fully refundable. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope the rest of your stay goes smoothly.
