It was a bit unfortunate that the cleaning lady was still there when we were supposed to check in. Otherwise, the accommodation was great and as described. Great location right in the marina and equipped with everything you needed. We would come back, thank you. Also we always got a very quick response when we had a question :)

Thanks so much for your feedback! Sorry about the overlap with the cleaning—glad everything else met your expectations. We’d be happy to host you again!

Great stay in the apartment which was clean and modern. Very close to Dubai Marina and JBR. Excellent service from staff when required.

I honestly don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The way they treat guests is completely unacceptable. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted like we were a burden instead of paying customers. Basic manners and respect were missing from the moment we arrived. It felt like they had no interest in making our stay comfortable. Any request was either ignored or answered with attitude. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was by far one of the worst experiences in terms of customer service. Save your money and stay somewhere where they actually care about their guests.

Why didn't you solve @ahmedalhenawi problem with the apartment he rented from you, and he complains about the noise and the strong air conditioning that affects his daughter's health, knowing that he asked you to change the apartment and he will pay an additional fee or cancel the reservation and give him back a partial amount of the rent. You have a bad customer service !!!
