FlooretReviews of flooret.com

The staff at Flooret was very helpful and responsive in answering all my questions and put the order for me. In terms of the aesthetic and the quality, the Modin collection is top-notch. I went with Nakan base and really loved it. Would definitely recommend

Flooret makes an extremely good product that holds up well. Their customer support staff is excellent. When I placed my most recent order, the staff caught an error I had made and promptly contacted me with suggested changes to correct the problem. When my project was completed, I had excess material to return and the support specialist was very helpful during the whole process. The only suggestions I have for Flooret is that they make their return policies more visible during the ordering process and that their shipping instructions clearly state that the Flooret provided pallets are the preferred pallet for the return of unused and unopened boxes.

I scrutinized over flooring for months before we found Flooret. We ordered several samples of the light and medium wood tones before settling on Soho base. We used it throughout the entirety of our new construction home. We've only been moved in for about two weeks but so far we love it! It reflects our natural light well, making the space feel bigger and brighter. It seems very durable and cleans easily. It doesn't look fake like other luxury vinyl planking, and repeating patterns are hard to spot. Highly recommend!

From purchasing to returning unused material am so glad we went with flooret for our flooring for our Barndo. We went with the Modin Nakan signature without seeing it in person and seriously could not be happier with the results. It’s gorgeous! The floor has a bit of a texture to it and with 2 dogs one that’s almost 12 love that they don’t slip and slide like traditional lvp. 10/10 experience and quality of materials.

We recently purchased the Nakan Signature flooring from Flooret to redo our entire first floor, installing it over our existing cherry-colored hardwoods—and we couldn’t be happier with the result! With plans to start a family and a home that's always full of dogs, durability was a top priority. Flooret's 2x wear layer compared to competitors gave us confidence that this flooring could handle whatever life throws at it. Even as a first-time buyer with limited background, the Flooret team made the process easy. Their chat support was incredibly helpful—they walked me through how much to order, which transitions I'd need, and answered all my random questions along the way. The quality, look, and customer support were all top-notch. I've already recommended Flooret to several family members and friends, and I’ll absolutely be back when it’s time to finish our basement. Highly recommend!

I heard of Flooret through a flooring guy on YouTube, and decided to go with them, and I am seriously happy I did. I initially ordered samples to decide what to go with. Their website is great and easy to use. A staff member reached out to me and gave me a quote with a discount for the product I chose. Overall great service.

We really love our Flooret Floors. An issue came up and Flooret is on the ball working out a solution.

We just redid our entire main level. Love our Nakan Craftsman floors as well as stair treads! I was able to work with one salesman, Ryan. He talked me through my order and the best options for my remodel. We had a huge 2 pallet order, over 1200 sq ft., not including stair treads. We did have a couple pieces missing and a 1 broken stair tread, the replacements were sent promptly. I love the more matte finish and the variety of colors. People have told me they look like real wood floors!
