They are very responsive once they are contacted. Heads up the site says free shipping and no taxes but I never received my invoice on 9-11 the day I placed my online order so I decide to reach out on 9-13 and that's when I was told I owed taxes that the online order didn't charge me for. I've been giving a lead time of 15 business days b4 my item will ship and I understand it's covid to blame. I will update my review once I receive the item.

I purchased the Spirit CRS800 Recumbent Stepper from Israel at Fitness Equipment Broker. It is a VERY well made product, the price was great and the service they provided was fantastic. I've had the Spirit for about a month now and I love it. You can't go wrong buying from them.
