Going on my 4th month of taking my first day and still loving them .I'm more active and my mood is great. I'm doing more crafting ,that I haven't done in a long time.but the best thing I am is having a great time with my grandkids. I'm the fun grandma and loving it.

I absolutely am disgusted and disappointed with this company. I cancelled my order at the beginning of May online and it said I cancelled it. Then I got an email saying that my subscription was renewed.
Response from First Day· May 22, 2025
We’re so sorry to hear this and truly apologize for the frustration. We’d love to look into this further to make things right. We’ve requested a bit more info so we can review your account in detail. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to us directly on our First Day Facebook page or by emailing us at [email protected]—whatever’s easiest for you. Thank you for your patience, and again, we’re really sorry for the inconvenience!

My 3 children love the kids vitamins!! No fuss to get them to take them like the Walmart ones I had been using. It didn't take away the picky eating problem but it definitely helped and helped with moodiness and acting out if a stranger talked to them.

Love that all your kids enjoy them! Sounds like they’re making a real difference in their mood! Thank you so much for sharing, Kim! 💙

My son has had better behaviors and I am very grateful for the change in his eating patterns as well. Wasn’t quite sure at first if it was a nutrition thing, but now that he is getting all his vitamins and nutrients from the vitamins, I am pleased to say his product does work.
Response from First Day· May 20, 2025
That’s great to hear, Patricia! It’s amazing how a little boost in nutrition can go a long way! 😊

I was exhausted, exactly like in the ad... I had just had my 6-month check-up and all my reports were good, so WHY was I so TIRED all the time? I decided to give First Day a try. Within a WEEK, I felt more like myself. Within 2 weeks I actually had the energy that I used to have. I am not a pill-taker, but you can be sure that I take these two First Day Multi+Superfoods gummies! :) Customer Service is quick to respond to emails, as well.
