Terrific service
When I need advice on the type of bed linens, or if I am not sure of the right color trim, they know as if they are in the room with me

Great service and personal assistance.
One of the items I ordered was back ordered and they called me and helped me come up with another item of comparable quality! The items arrived and they are beautiful. The finest linen I have seen in years.

Quality of item and ease of ordering was excellent. The return policy is terrible but it was my fault as I guess I choose to ignore it because I assumed I was keeping the quilt. (Color turned out not to be good for me)

Soft gorgeous towel sets!
We're so impressed with the quality of the Abyss towel sets. We ordered four sets in two beautiful colors and love the style and softness. We're sure they will wash well and last a long time. Fine Linens has a great number of quality choices for any linens. We got our order in the time we were told it would take.

Amazing customer service!
I am an interior designer, and we sometimes need things in a rush! They are always helpful and supportive of making sure we get everything I need to make our clients happy! They also have the best selection of linens!

Excellent quality linen that's available in a myriad of colors from vibrant to soft pastels to match any decor.
I just love that they will send you swatches of the over 100 different colors. Computers often distort the true color and you don't know for sure if it will coordinate with the room decor you're trying to achieve. The linen table cloths and napkins are quite substantial in size and thickness. An overall top quality product at a reasonable price. You accumulate points based on purchases which can be applied to future purchases thereby reducing the price even more. The service provided is great as well as the communication via email regarding your order. I'm so glad I found this company. There's nothing comparable in my community that offers the color choices.
