I recently ordered from Fine Linens and was impressed with the outstanding customer service from Fine Linens as well as their high quality products. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for both great products and fabulous customer service.

The bedding I purchased from Fine Linens is as good as it gets. The flat sheets for my king-size bed are very large, giving us a large turnover on the top and long sides, too. The fitted sheets are plenty big enough for my new 16" mattress. The purchase concluded easily and shipping was very fast with good packaging.

I was trying to replace some towels in a special color and Fine Linens was the only website I could find that carried such a wide selection of colors and quality brands of towels and bedding. Then my order came very fast.

Worked with me on selecting new linens to match a tricky color palette. And let me know beach towels were delayed - so I didn't wait all summer for my order.

I really like this website...Since I love fine linen, this site carries most of the products that I trust and everything that I ordered was in stock. A very positive experience.

This is the second cotton Peacock Alley blanket I have purchased. This first is still going strong after nearly 20 years. I am very impressed with the quality and value and of Peacock Alley products - they wash beautifully and I am sure my new blanket will last as long. My only criticism is minor; I did not receive tracking information. I had to call to confirm shipment. But I will definitely be back to order my table linens!

I bought two Signature by Pine Cone Hill-Bath Rug 22x44 in Dove Gray. The quality and look were great but the size did not fit that great with my space. It was easy to return them to Fine Linens.

I found this site online. Their price on the Sferra blanket I wanted was the best I saw. It arrived in just a few days. I will definitely shop with them again and will visit the store next time I am in NYC.
