The stump grinder is well packaged. I needed help with a warranty issue and customer service has been outstanding thus far. I will be purchasing from Farmry again.

The steel plate used for chip deflection was not properly secured, which led to it shifting during transport. This movement caused the paint to rub off, exposing the bare metal underneath and needs to be repainted. Other then that the grinder works well.

We’ve already shared this with our team and have added corrugated cardboard protection to improve the packaging and help prevent this issue during shipping. Getting answers to my questions was very easy through email. Picked up at North Carolina warehouse the workers were great in having my order ready for pickup. Very easy process from buying to delivery.

It was a very pleasant experience with Farmry. Price was good, communications was great and your Product seems very solid. If I had one gripe it would be that I had no instructions on how to install the chute. I was at a loss for quite sometime until I figured it out. The solution was a piece of cake but had I had just one picture with a few sentences of instructions would have saved a lot of frustration. FYI it was crated extremely well and that was cool.

The attachment seems well built it’s very strong but it did take a long time to get set up on the tractor overall very happy

Equipment arrived promptly, well packaged, and complete as ordered. Easy to assemble. After fourth use, very pleased with its performance.
